Product Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty
Iniu stands behind the quality of our products and provides the following limited warranty:
Products purchased directly from iniu.co.uk are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. We will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. Normal wear and tear are not covered. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
If you purchased through a retailer, warranty coverage may vary – check with your retailer for details.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:

Warranty Service Process

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
Purchases made through iniu.co.uk may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the reason for return. We will provide a return authorization label and instructions for prompt shipment back to our warehouse.
Items must be returned in original condition with all parts, packaging, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse refund for items that are damaged, missing components, or not in resalable condition.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Iniu product for a different model, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for.
Once we have arranged the exchange, please use the return shipment label provided to send back the original item per our returns policy. Refund will be issued once the return is received. You will only be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are only available for purchases made through iniu.co.uk. We cannot offer exchanges for marketplace purchases from third parties. Please contact your marketplace seller about their return policies.
Refunds
After inspecting and verifying condition of returns, refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days, typically to the original payment method used at time of purchase.

Shipping Methods
Iniu offers the following shipping options through iniu.co.uk:
- Standard Shipping – 3 to 5 business day delivery. Free on orders over £50. £3.99 for orders under £50.
- Express Shipping – 1 to 2 business day delivery. £9.99 for all order values.
Shipping timeframes depend on recipient address and order cut-off times. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
See individual product pages for estimated delivery date ranges, which are not guaranteed. We will make best efforts to fulfill orders according to these estimates.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and most European Union countries. Select products are available for international delivery during checkout.
Contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to additional countries not shown as options during checkout. Additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply.
PO Boxes/FPO Addresses
We ship to most PO Box and FPO/APO addresses. Note that couriers may require recipient’s signature to deliver to PO Boxes, which could result in delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier details and tracking number once your order has shipped. Track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost/Undelivered Packages
Please allow up to 10 business days from shipment date before reporting an order lost or undelivered. We will investigate and resend or refund orders that appear lost by carriers.
Customs & Duties
For international shipments, any additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their application or amounts.
